Enable Administrator Account With Full Privileges In Windows 7

 Go to start menu Type (cmd)

Right click on cmd and open it as (Run as Administrator)
Then type this code:

net user administrator /active:yes

Log off pc and open Administrator account... 

To Turn Off this, Type:

net user administrator /active:no
